A Chipotle Mexican Grill is expected to open at the Hanson's Corner expansion at 326 Ed Schmidt Blvd. in Hutto. The Hanson's Corner expansion is being built as a shell building that will have lease space available for businesses. Chipotle Mexican Grill is expected to be open by January 2022, according to Megan Frey, vice president of development and acquisitions for Endeavor Real Estate Group, the company that owns the property.
