In addition to previously announced options for brush removal, on Feb. 14 Hutto began work on a curbside brush pickup effort.

According to an announcement, over the next several weeks city crews will drive every neighborhood in Hutto to collect fallen tree limbs.

Unlike collection on regular trash pickup days, tree limbs do not need to be bundled or cut to a specific length to qualify for the city pickup program, but they still must be left on the curbside.

There is not yet an anticipated schedule for when crews will visit each neighborhood, according to the announcement.
