A variety of holiday events will take place in Pflugerville, Hutto, Round Rock and throughout the surrounding area beginning in December. Check out this list of events to attend this holiday season.

“Dashing Through the Snow”

A production of the holiday comedy will take place at the Georgetown Palace Theatre. The play is set in the town of Tinsel, TX, four days before Christmas, featuring a parade of eccentric guests at one of the town’s inns.Disney’s "Beauty and the Beast"

Bass Concert Hall is putting on a 30th anniversary production of Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast.” The show has a 2.5-hour run time and features an Oscar-winning score.Santa Hustle

Runners can participate in the 10K or 5K at the Santa Hustle in Round Rock. The course will begin and end at Dell Diamond, and the proceeds of the timed race will go to charity. A kids dash, recommended for ages 2-10, will also be available.Family Fun with Santa


Santa’s Jingle House will host events throughout the holiday season, including its Family Fun sessions in the afternoon. During these times, families will get to meet Santa, take photos, enjoy storytime, decorate ornaments and more at the come-and-go event. The seasonal attraction also has a variety of other activities throughout the holiday season.Light Up Your Night

An interactive walking trail featuring light displays and festive sounds will be set up at Brushy Creek Amphitheatre in Hutto. Guests are encouraged to bring canned goods to support local charities.“A Tuna Christmas”

Penfold Theatre Company will present “A Tuna Christmas,” by Ed Howard, Joe Spears and Jason Williams. The comedy production, set on Christmas Eve in the fictional town of Tuna, TX, centering around a Christmas yard display content, a local production of “A Christmas Carol” and employees having to work through the holidays.Pictures with Santa

Santa will stop by The Story Emporium & Bookshop in Hutto, where families can stop by to take a festive photo and share their wish lists. Holiday treats will also be available, while guests can peruse the shop’s selection of books.9th annual Hippo Claus Crawl


Hutto’s annual Hippo Claus Crawl will take place in downtown Hutto, where festive beverage stops will be waiting. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes, visit attractions and take photos with Santa.Menorah Lighting

The city of Pflugerville will host the third annual Menorah Lighting in Downtown Pflugerville. All are welcome to celebrate the season of light and to take family photos.January Pfreeze Pflop

The Pflugerville Park and Recreation Department will host its annual Pfreeze Pflop, inviting people to Scott Mentzer Pool to slide into frigid water. Admission will be free with a donation fo a canned food item to benefit local food banks.Winter Pfest

The Pflugerville Public Library will host its annual winter celebration, featuring activities, crafts, refreshments and games for families with kids up to age 10.Snowflake Dreams Holiday Brunch


Courtyard by Marriott in Pflugerville will host a royal holiday brunch with Cinderella and Aurora from “Sleeping Beauty.” The event will include a storytime, sing-alongs and other moments with the fairytale characters.
