Hutto ISD's first day of school is Aug. 12, other important dates

Hutto ISD will open its doors to more than 10,000 students for the first day of the 2025-26 school year Aug. 12.

Looking ahead

Check out some important dates for HISD students.

• The first student holiday will be Sept. 1.
• Thanksgiving break is a full week, Nov. 24-28.
• Winter break will start Dec. 19, and classes will resume Jan. 6.
• The last day of school is May 21.
