Mom’s Banh Mi will relocate to Hutto after previously operating in Round Rock.

The food truck, which specializes in banh mis, rice bowls and noodle bowls, is setting up shop in downtown Hutto. The operator is just waiting to receive final approval by the city.
What’s on the menu?
The banh mi comes on a crunchy baguette with fresh cilantro, cucumbers, jalapeños, pickled carrots, crispy shallots and Moms Whole Lotta Love sauce. Customers can choose from beef, chicken, pork or vegetarian. The menu also has kids meals, mango sticky rice and drinks such as an ice coffee, silk Thai tea, sodas, lemon soda and hot coffee.
