The property is expected to house two metal structure buildings planned for future retail and restaurant use, although it is unclear who will fill the space. The project will also feature interconnected walkways and a central green space, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.
A spokesman for Tiemann Land and Cattle Development noted the company is proud of the planned central green space, which is expected to be roughly 8,000 square feet, featuring green play mounds similar to the Alliance Children’s Garden in Austin.
Construction on the 22,000-square-foot project is anticipated to begin this fall, seeing completion in the following year.
