TBN Development and Lott Brothers Construction Co. completed the build-out of Panther Commercial Park, bringing more commercial real estate to Pflugerville as the city’s business offerings continue to grow.
More than 60% of the newly developed commercial hub was sold by the time TBN Development celebrated the park’s opening Aug. 3. Located at 19832 Panther Drive, Pflugerville, the site features seven buildings of flex space, 32 commercial condos, 200 parking spaces and a community loading dock. TBN Development co-founder Tyler Humes said the space can serve research and development companies, subcontractors and “everything in between.”
