Austin-based Endeavor Physical Therapy was acquired by H2 Health on March 1.

Endeavor founder Enrique Hazel said the partnership with H2 Health will provide the infrastructure and support the business needs to expand its footprint in Central Texas.

“I felt [H2 Health] was a company that was supportive of what my mission was and what the mission of Endeavor was, which is to provide quality physical therapy services to Austin and the surrounding communities and to allow us to continue to grow,” Hazel said.

Endeavor will keep its name and brand, and will continue to provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy and hand therapy.

Hazel said he will stay on with H2 Health as the regional director of operations in Central Texas with the goal of continuing to grow Endeavor to meet the needs of Central Texas.

Endeavor has a dozen facilities across Central Texas, including locations in Bee Cave, Cedar Park and Pflugerville. Following the acquisition, H2 Health owns and operates 132 clinic locations nationwide.

Additionally, Hazel said Endeavor has immediate plans to open clinics in Kyle and near The Domain in Austin. The company also recently opened locations in San Marcos, Round Rock and Hutto. www.endeavorrehab.com
