Austin Habitat for Humanity ReStore is opening its third Austin area location at 13804 N. US 183, Austin. The new store, expected to open in late summer 2021, will have more than 20,000 square feet of space dedicated to retail of gently used furniture, appliances, building materials and other home goods. Proceeds from sales go to Austin Habitat for Humanity to help build affordable homes to families in need in Central Texas.
According to the nonprofit, Austin Habitat for Humanity opened the first ReStore in the country. The Austin Habitat for Humanity chapter will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the opening of its South Austin location in 2022. 512-367-5795. www.austinhabitat.org/restore
