Psycho Bunny

The New York-born clothing brand makes a variety of men and boys collections including swimwear, sportswear, T-shirts, Polo shirts and father-son matching sets, as well as accessories such as hats, wallets, bags, socks and more. The store will be inside The Domain, between Pink and Vans.

The Fika Table

Austin resident Laura Galos opened the doors to the Nordic-inspired bakery at its new spot inside Malone Specialty Coffee. Galos draws from her Finnish heritage to create goods like Honey-Lavender Buns, Salted Chocolate-Toffee Cookies, a signature ​​Swedish Cardamom Bun, and more.

Wicked Snow

Local business owner Woo Lee will open the South Korean-style dessert shop this fall. Located next to the Lakeline Home Depot, Wicked Snow will specialize in bingsu—a South Korean milk-based dessert made of shaved ice topped with fruit, red beans, syrup and condensed milk.

Freebird

The specialty boot store will open at The Domain with handmade boots using a method called Goodyear welting, which involves hammering stacked leather together before stitching it. The shop will be located next to Plank Seafood Provisions.

Dolce Vita

The New York City-founded size-inclusive shoe brand offers styles such as sandals, heels, sneakers, boots and more. Sizes range from 5-13 in both standard and wide-width fits. The store will be located across from Chanel at Domain Northside.

Mexican Sugar Cocina

The restaurant will offer authentic Mexican food at The Domain including scratch-made tortillas using heirloom masa to create a range of dishes. The menu will include bone-in pork chops, striped bass, Angus skirt steak, lobster fundito, birria ribs and more. A full bar featuring signature cocktails using hand-squeezed juices will also be available, as well as a curated selection of tequilas, mezcals and sotols.

Just Food For Dogs

The dog food brand will open a pantry in the Plaza Volente shopping center offering fresh-frozen and pantry-fresh wet and dry dog food, treats, and supplements, and will offer custom diet plans and veterinarian-prescribed meals.

Ugly Dumpling Express

The New Jersey-based eatery will open at The Arboretum in late 2024, per a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Ugly Dumpling Express will offer made-to-order Shanghai street-style food, with a focus on xiao long bao—soup dumplings.

Northwest Montessori House of Children

The preschool will celebrate its 40th anniversary on May 18. The school offers educational programming for children ages 18 months-6 years. Northwest Montessori also offers extracurricular activities such as gymnastics, Spanish language classes, chess, robotics and dance.

Dancers Workshop

Dawn Weiss and her team will celebrate the Balcones Woods dance studio’s 50th anniversary on May 27-28 with two dances at the spring recitals comprised of alumni. The studio offers lessons for dancers age 2 and older with styles from ballet to jazz, tap, adaptive dancing and more.
