The 360 Condominiums are located in the heart of downtown Austin at 360 Nueces St. This 44-story tower has a stunning view of the Capitol, The University of Texas, downtown and the Hill Country. The building's amenities include a resort-style pool, full-service gym and panoramic views of the Austin skyline.
The club room is commonly used to host baby showers and housewarming parties. In addition, the club room has a media room where residents can watch movies, sporting events or television.
The gym overlooks the pool deck. The wall of glass allows residents to experience the building's views as they work out.
