After four years, a fast casual restaurant specializing in chicken salads has closed its doors in New Braunfels.

The gist

Roost, located at 2124 Gabriels Place, Ste. 106, closed its doors May 3. The New Braunfels location was owned by Stuart Oerteli, who opened Roost in May 2022.

Roost served sandwiches, salads and chicken salads along with all-day breakfast items.
