Owner Sandra Gomez said she changed the name to Cheez Louise so the food truck could have its own identity.
The decision to fully relocate happened after the owner of NB Toobs invited them to park the trailer at his business because he wanted a food and drink area when tubing season started.
Cheez Louise also expanded its menu to include carne asada, crunchy tacos, and macaroni and cheese. The food truck now offers desserts, such as Sopaipilla Rice Krispie Treats and nachos with a cheesecake topping.
Cheez Louise is known for its cheesy nachos along with its salsa and homemade tortilla chips.
The food truck celebrated its name change and official relocation with a cornhole tournament, music, raffles and food.
