According to a Facebook post, the change was effective Sept. 1.
The music venue has changed hands multiple times since opening in 2008 but was previously owned by Bob Wilson, who sold Billy's Ice to his son, Adam Wilson, and his two partners, John Coker and Peter James.
"With a diverse background in bar management, music and entertainment marketing, and legal services, the three current owners are excited to carry the legacy left by Bill, Nick and Bob to maintain Billy's Ice as the premier music venue for the local music industry and staple fundraising advocate for our community," the post said.
Billy's Ice is known for its live music and also offers food from El Jalisco's Food Truck.
