Oak House, a new apartment complex in Leander, began leasing April 18, although construction is ongoing.

Located off Ronald Reagan Boulevard at 2501 Niles Drive, Leander, Oak House will consist of 10 buildings with 347 total units once construction is completed, according to an April 18 news release.

Developed by Ryan Companies US Inc., Oak House offers one-, two- and three-bedroom options. Furthermore, the apartment complex features two-level townhomes as well as attached and detached garages, according to the release. Amenities at the new complex include:

• A resort-style pool with personal cabanas
• Private fitness rooms
• A clubroom with a gourmet kitchen
• A coffee bar and fireplace

Oak House also features a dog park and green space seating areas. Additionally, private yards will be available for residents in select units.

What’s next

A majority of units will be for move in this summer, according to the release. Oak House is scheduled to reach completion this fall.
