The photography studio offers decorated backdrops for photographers and videographers looking to shoot corporate photos, family portraits and other creative ventures.
Photographers can rent separate rooms for different photography sessions, including the Motherhood Room, the Bay Room, the Family Room and the Office Space. Rooms can be rented for one-to-three-hour sessions, or the entire home can be rented at an hourly rate.

Owner Jules Morlet, a professional photographer for the last 15 years, said she’d been thinking about setting up the space as her own personal studio but decided to pivot into a creative space for local artists.
“Initially it was just going to be for me, but I connected with a lot of photographers in the area about using the space and got an overwhelming response,” she said.
What else?
In addition to the rentable rooms, The Living Room will also be hosting classes, including Art For Kids By Kids, a six-week session in which Morlet’s 12-year-old daughter will teach art and photography basics to younger children.
