The locally owned and -operated neighborhood bar will serve cocktails, beers, drafts and cold brew. The venue can accommodate a large number of guests who may enjoy bar service, seating and TVs to watch sporting events. Happy Hour will serve as a local hangout spot open to anyone age 21 and older, General Manager Morgan Holden said.
