Concordia University Texas opened the doors to its third residence hall Aug. 26, nearly doubling the university's housing capacity, according to a press release from the school.

The new Regents Hall provides housing for up to 234 students with a fully equipped kitchen and restaurant-style seating, a large kitchen island, and an outdoor amphitheater for gatherings and studying. The new residence hall was approved by Concordia’s board of regents in February 2020.

The four-story building was developed by American Campus Communities, designed by STG Design and constructed by Davis Brothers Construction.
