Austin's racquet sports scene has seen a surge in popularity over the last several years as more pickleball and padel facilities have opened or announced new locations across the metro, offering clinics, drop-in play, tournaments and a variety of community amenities.

Check out seven Austin-area courts, including three facilities slated to open in 2026. This list is noncomprehensive.

Panoramic Pickleball Academy

The facility features two elevated outdoor pickleball courts with LED court lighting for night play, as well as memberships, clinics, private and group lessons.Pickleball Grove

The 22,000 square-foot facility will feature six indoor and three outdoor climate-controlled padel courts, as well as a recovery lounge, locker rooms, pro shop, sports bar and private meeting rooms.Padel39

The facility features six outdoor lighted padel courts, as well as an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with a recovery area, pro shop, bar, co-working facilities and a conference room. Other amenities include outdoor fitness equipment and cold plunges.Padel Club Austin
