The Ginger Man will offer its selection of international beers to Bee Cave residents when it opens in the Hill Country Galleria this fall.
Bee Cave just got a little more hip.
With venues in downtown Austin, Houston, Dallas, Connecticut and New York City, The Ginger Man is slated to open its next pub this fall in Bee Cave’s Hill Country Galleria, 12700 Hill Country Blvd., Ste. T-120, Bee Cave, said Ian Atkinson, marketing director at The Ginger Man.
“Our focus is specialty beers from around the world,” he said. “We are going to continue our same concept trends [in Bee Cave].”
Although Atkinson said the bar is “definitely beer first,” the Hill Country Galleria location will have an extended food menu “to cater to the Bee Cave area” as well as a limited high-end liquor selection.
