Georgetown, utilizing a state debris removal contract, is continuing cleanup along the South San Gabriel River. Heavy equipment work began in the area Sept. 29, continuing through the next couple of weeks, according to a city notice.
Visitors should avoid work zones and remain cautious in the area.
