Red Poppy Festival

Georgetown’s annual Red Poppy Festival commemorates the flower’s blooming season and features three days of food and craft vendors, a parade, a car show, concerts, and other activities.Southwestern University Orchestra spring concert

Summer seasonal job fair

The city of Georgetown will host on-site application, interview and hiring opportunities with local employers, primarily geared toward teenagers and college students. The event will also feature free snacks, drinks and giveaways.Georgetown Texas Area Car Club 17th annual car show and charity benefit

The benefit will showcase more than 225 classic vehicles. Cars will be judged in about 40 different classes with awards presented to the top three in each class. Other activities include raffles, food, vendors and music.
