Officials with Greystone Construction and TC4 & Co. Hospitality are hosting a groundbreaking ceremony March 27 for two restaurants coming soon to Georgetown.
Zooming in
The League Kitchen & Tavern and Tony C's Pizza & Beer Garden will both be built at 1411 I-35, Georgetown.
Construction on the site is beginning, with a representative for the restaurant group confirming that initial site preparations, such as erosion control measures and minor grading work, are underway.
Work is expected to last through the remainder of the year, the representative said. Opening timelines will be available once construction is complete.
The details
The League Kitchen & Tavern serves American comfort foods made from scratch and a cocktail menu inspired by the Prohibition era.
Tony C's Pizza & Beer Garden offers New York-style pizza and Italian food in a beer garden atmosphere, according to a news release.
In addition to these restaurant concepts, TC4 & Co. Hospitality also operates Tony C's Coal-Fired Pizza, Cousin Louie's Italian and Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes. The group was founded by Tony Ciola and Creed Ford in 2011.
