WHAT WE REPORTED Raj Singh opened Delicious, a gourmet eatery, bar and market, in Lamar Union mixed-use development in March.

THE LATEST Originally only offering brunch on the weekends, Delicious in October expanded its brunch service to Fridays. Executive Chef Tyler Johnson added several new dishes, including the Apple Butter Chicken Biscuit and Toad in the Hole French Toast. 

WHAT'S NEXT Singh is planning on transforming the downtown Bullock Texas State History Museum’s cafe into a second Delicious. He said he expects to open sometime in February.
