Three new tenants will join the Center of the Hills Shopping Center by early 2018, according to developer Kimco Realty.

We Rock the Spectrum, a sensory-safe gym specially designed for children of all developmental abilities, including those on the Autism spectrum, will open in a 3,200-square-foot space by July, according to franchise owner Milan Helm.

ATI Physical Therapy, expected to open this summer, will occupy a 2,280-square-foot space, and a 13,000-square-foot Petco is scheduled to open by late 2017 or early 2018.

The developer said two spaces remain unleased in the shopping center, located at 7010 W. Hwy. 71, Austin, with a combined square footage of 11,626 square feet.
