Located at 201 W. Fifth St., Austin, the coworking space will feature 83 private offices. The company aims to provide hotel-style hospitality to its tenants, which will run the gamut from established corporations to freelancers and first-time entrepreneurs.
"Industrious was designed with the vision of making it the boutique hotel of the coworking world," said Leah Alexander, who helps launch Industrious' growing roster of national offices.
The 19,000-square-foot space will host a grand opening celebration Sept. 20.
