Construction has completed on Hellas Construction Inc.'s new corporate headquarters in Cedar Park, according to an April 20 release. The company was previously located in Northwest Austin and is "the largest full-service sports facility construction company in the United States," according to the release.

The newly-built 34,821-square-foot corporate headquarters features a gym with treadmills, cycling bikes, lockers and showers; wellness areas; lab space; conference rooms; and an outdoor gathering space. The building was built by American Constructors, a general contractor and general management firm, whose headquarters is also in the Presidio mixed-use development.

“This office is so much more than a building; it marks a major milestone in Hellas’ growth and sets us on an even stronger trajectory for the future,” Frank Petrini, the chief operating officer for Hellas Construction, said in the release.

The building is located at 12000 W. Parmer Lane, Cedar Park. The former headquarters address was 12710 Research Blvd., Ste. 240, Austin. The company has several other offices and production plants across the United States. 800-233-5714.
