After 23 years in Austin, Facilities Resource Inc. will relocate its headquarters to Cedar Park in 2021.

The company offers office interior design services, relocation services and corporate renovations for businesses and governments. Darren Ross, the company's business development manager, said the 25,000-square-foot building will feature an office showroom with public-use meeting space, an event center and a warehouse. Ross said the company wants the building to be a resource to the area's growing community.

Ross said the building aims to be WELL certified, which is a certification for buildings or offices that improve human health and well-being. The new office will be in the Scottsdale Crossing area at 1619 Scottsdale Drive, Cedar Park. The company is currently at 11100 Metric Blvd., Ste. 450, Austin. 512-371-1232. www.facilitiesresourceinc.com
