Jack Allen's Kitchen restaurant coming to Cedar Park

Jack Allen’s Kitchen is coming to Cedar Park.

The Austin-based restaurant’s fifth location will be located in the now-closed Logan’s Roadhouse building at 1345 E. Whitestone Blvd., Cedar Park. The restaurant is expected to open in late summer.



Via 313 pizza maker opening Cedar Park restaurant

Via 313 is bringing its Detroit-style pizzas to Cedar Park.

The Cedar Park restaurant will open in late 2021 at 1335 E. Whitestone Blvd., Ste. 200, Cedar Park, according to owner Brandon Hunt. Via 313's menu includes Detroit-style pizzas, bar-style thin-crust pizzas, salads, appetizers and desserts.

Round Rock ISD announces mask requirement update

While a mask requirement remains in place at Round Rock ISD schools, the district issued an update to the requirement March 24 allowing students the option to remove their mask during outdoor activities.

Via 313 pizzeria to expand into Round Rock in 2021

Pizza lovers, rejoice: Via 313 will open a location at 2111 N. I-35, Ste. 380, Round Rock, next to Tumble 22.


The restaurant specializes in Detroit-style pies and serves pizza, salads, appetizers and desserts as well as houses a full bar, co-owner Brandon Hunt said.

Kalahari Resorts and Conventions to hold outdoor music, entertainment festival

Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in Round Rock will celebrate the opening of Amatuli, its outdoor entertainment, artisan and dining space, with a festival from March 26 at 6 p.m. through March 28.
