Vertical construction starting at Northline mixed-use development in Leander

The project broke ground in early 2020 with horizontal construction on the site between US 183 and 183A Toll. Northline developer Alex Tynberg said it will be exciting to hopefully open some doors and streets in late 2022 after some projects are completed.

Grand Parkway Town Center 'shovel ready'; construction could begin in early 2023


Construction at the Grand Parkway Town Center, a 65-acre mixed-use development at the corner of the Grand Parkway and Hwy. 249, could begin in early 2023, said David Meyers, director of leasing with NewQuest Properties, in a phone call to Community Impact Newspaper on Jan. 7. Meyers said the site is fully engineered and “shovel ready.”

Lewisville ISD trustees approve 2022-23 academic calendar


The 2022-23 calendar, which was approved during a Jan. 10 board meeting, will have an Aug. 10 start date.
