The company offers a variety of drinks that can be served hot, blended or iced, including coffee, lattes, smoothies and protein shakes. The coffee shop is known for its Caramelicious beverage featuring caramel sauce, espresso and whipped cream.
Scooter’s Coffee also serves food items such as bagels, burritos, cake bites, egg bites, muffins and a maple waffle sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese.
Leander residents Mitch and Lori Linder will own the three new franchise locations and hope to eventually open 12 Scooter’s Coffee shops in the greater North Austin area, Mitch Linder said. The couple opened their first location in Leander in October.
Scooter’s Coffee was founded in Nebraska in 1998 and has over 800 franchise locations across 29 states.
