Build Your Own AI Chief of Staff is a free, hands-on workshop for Austin small business owners, hosted by the Texas State SBDC. Tuesday, November 3, 10 AM to noon. Bring your laptop and leave with an AI assistant set up on your own computer and connected to your own email and calendar. It writes a brief each morning, preps you for meetings and drafts follow-up emails from your notes, and nothing sends until you approve it. Taught by Austin AI educator Jonathan Malkin. You'll need a paid Claude plan (Pro, about $20 a month) and the Claude desktop app. Free; register by Monday, November 2 at 5 PM.
