Owners Chris and Jennie McEwan relocated the locally owned cafe, bakery and coffee shop from its former spot near Neighbor’s Kitchen & Yard to Main Street in March.
All of Tough Cookie’s food options are vegan or vegetarian, with many gluten-free options as well.
Featuring an all-day breakfast menu, diners can choose from biscuits and gravy, breakfast paninis, loaded oatmeal, quiches and more.
Lunch selections range from a variety of sandwiches to soups, salads and wraps.
Although the eatery is open, a grand opening celebration has not been set, Jennie McEwan said.
