Einstein Bros. Bagels has plans to open a new location in Bastrop. The large American chain is best known for its freshly baked bagels, sandwiches, coffees and other baked goods.

According to Public Relations Manager Gabriel Washburn, the company plans to open a location in Bastrop, although an opening timeline is not yet available.
The business will be located in the new mixed-use development spearheaded by Pearl River Companies—Sendero. Einstein Bros. Bagels will be located near several other new dining options, including: Chuy’s, Jersey Mike’s, Scooter's Coffee and a Texas Roadhouse.
