Texas Roadhouse confirmed plans to open a location in the Sendero development of Bastrop by spring 2026.
Sendero will be located at the intersection of FM 969 and SH 71 and will incorporate new dining, retail and health and wellness businesses into the 75-acre mixed-use development.
The restaurant is known for its signature hand-cut steaks, ribs, various scratch-made sides and whipped honey cinnamon butter served with fresh-baked dinner rolls.

Founded by W. Kent Taylor in 1993, the first Texas Roadhouse location opened in Clarksville, Indiana. As of Dec. 31, the company and its franchisees operate 722 Texas Roadhouse restaurants across the country, according to the company's website.
