An Allen location of The Melting Pot is set to open in August, a representative of the business confirmed.
The eatery, which will be located in Watters Creek Village, will offer a signature four-course dining experience featuring both cheese and chocolate fondue courses.
The menu includes six types of cheese fondue served with bread, fruits and vegetables, and entree fondue options including Coq au Vin, Court Bouillon and more, which pair with proteins including shrimp, steak, chicken and more. Dessert options include six types of chocolate fondue served with sweet treats and fresh fruits, the restaurant’s website states.
The Florida-based company, which was founded in 1975, offers a variety of fondue cooking styles. The company has nearly 90 locations across 30 states, and the Allen restaurant will be the third Melting Pot in North Texas, a company news release states. The restaurant will be led by franchisees Tracie and Dan Greene.
