A new locally owned café called The Happy Blend is coming to Allen later this fall, co-owner Tosin Adebote said.

The Happy Blend will serve smoothies, cold-pressed juices, smoothie bowls, coffee, matcha and pastries. The café’s menu is designed around “fresh, thoughtfully selected ingredients,” Adebote said.
