A new Hobby Lobby location and a new Academy Sports + Outdoors store are planned for the Grand Parkway Marketplace II under construction adjacent to the Grand Parkway Marketplace I at Spring Stuebner Road and the Grand Parkway. Marketplace II will be home to three anchor stores and 35-40 more stores. Hobby Lobby carries art, crafts and home decorating items, as well as offering framing services.
