The Frisco Community Development Corp., the Frisco Economic Development Corp. and Frisco City Council will vote Tuesday on an agreement for Blue Star Land to buy the 216-acre industrial park known as Frisco Park25. Blue Star Land, which is owned by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, plans to continue construction on the unfinished industrial park and build a 400,000-square-foot Dallas Cowboys Merchandising Distribution and Sales Center. As part of the agreement, the merchandising center must create 35 full-time jobs. The city is offering to incentivize Blue Star Land with a 50 percent ad valorem tax grant and a 50 percent sales tax grant, both for a period of 10 years. Frisco Park25, owned by the FEDC and located at the northwest corner of Preston Road and Rockhill Parkway, was announced in 2016. The park was created to help draw larger corporations to the city with an emphasis on  light industrial businesses.
