The development project was approved by the city last spring and will be done in four phases with an expected opening date of late summer 2017.
The development includes 480,000 square feet of office space, a hotel, five retail/restaurant buildings and a two-story parking garage. Sayres Heady with Heady Investments, the developing company leasing out Stonebrook Park, said there are plans to add an additional hotel to the development. Goveia Commercial Real Estate, based in California, is the owner of the development.
Stonebrook Park will be at the northwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Stonebrook Parkway.[/caption]"We're really excited about the project and the kind of contribution this will have to the city of Frisco and the $5 Billion Mile," Heady said.
Heady said the development will include walkable amenities, fine-dining, high-level retail and entertainment venues. Heady also said they are in talks with Fortune 500 companies for possible corporate relocations to Stonebrook Park.
