From North Loop restaurant Foreign and Domestic celebrating its tenth anniversary to a new partnership between Mark Ashby Design and the SAFE Alliance, here is the latest in Central Austin business news.

1. Miguel’s Gallery and Garden, located at 5209 Burnet Road, will close at the end of September after 26 years in business. 2. Foreign and Domestic celebrated its 10-year anniversary May 20. The North Loop neighborhood restaurant at 306 E. 53rd St., Austin, was opened by Ned Elliott in 2010. 3. Pinthouse Pizza, which has Austin locations at 4729 Burnet Road and 4236 South Lamar Blvd., launched its Feed the Frontline program on May 20. Customers ordering online have the opportunity to donate a pie to health care workers and essential workers. Pinthouse Pizza will then match each pie donated. www.pinthousepizza.com

4. On May 19, The SAFE Alliance and Mark Ashby Design announced a charitable campaign to help renovate and upgrade the emergency shelters at SAFE, including its children's shelter at 4800 Manor Road, Ste. A, Austin. The downtown Austin design firm will donate 20% of project proceeds toward the redesign of the shelters and will offer clients a 20% rate reduction for their first three months to encourage participation in the effort. 5. Keep Safe Care opened its Central Austin office June 16 at 1704 West Ave. The service matches caregivers with clients, and according to owner Jeffrey Fry, its system "reduces the chronic problems of caregiver truancy and turnover." 512-766-0150. www.keepsafecare.com
