Katy, Waller County to partner in Texas Heritage Marketplace project review

At a May 13 Katy City Council meeting, council members gave the go-ahead for the city and Waller County to enter into a nonbinding memorandum of understanding to review plans, inspect and secure permitting for the Texas Heritage Marketplace located at the southeast corner of Texas Heritage Parkway and I-10.
