Discovery College

Discovery College at Lone Star College-Kingwood provides an opportunity for students to grow this summer with a variety of programs based on science, technology, engineering and math, as well as athletics and performing and visual arts. C.S.I. Summer Camp


Students will learn about and experiment with forensic science at this four-day summer camp. Students will spend time learning skills, such as fingerprinting, plaster casting foot and shoe impressions, deciphering cryptic messages, ink chromatography, evidence collection and crime scene investigation alongside Criminal Justice Club members. Traveling through time


Mercer Botanic Gardens allows children to explore the history of plants and learn about the plants that grow in the park. Two four-day morning sessions are offered at the park. Ages 6-12. June 20-23 (ages 6-8) and July 10-13 (ages 9-12). $30 donation suggested.

The Glassell Junior School, a school affiliated with the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, is hosting weeklong art classes this summer. Camp Blessing Texas

Camp Blessing Texas is for children who have a primary diagnosis of a physical or intellectual disability. Camp Blessing Texas also invites all siblings, ages 7-13, of its campers to be a camper as well. Older siblings, age 14 and older, have the opportunity to volunteer at camp. The camp holds young adult and adult camp weeks as well. Age 7 and older. June 6-Aug. 12. $895 (one week).

Camp Olympia


Days are filled with camp activities at Camp Olympia where campers get to choose from over 40 different daily activities ranging from wakeboarding to golf to horseback riding. When campers arrive, they receive their activity schedule. Camp Olympia offers multiweek camp options. One-week terms are for children ages 6-9 only. Ages 6-16. Texas Fellowship of Christian Athletes Motocross and Offroad Camp

FCA Motocross Camp builds its curriculum, schedule and activities from experience in ministry and motocross. This camp is for girls and boys and for both beginner and advanced riders. Atascocita Lacrosse Summer Academy
