The first bite at Rotolo’s Craft & Crust tells you everything: fresh, flavorful and made with care. From golden, cheesy pizza to hearty pasta, juicy burgers and shareables perfect for any group, every dish is designed to satisfy.

Whether it’s a casual lunch, family dinner or night out with friends, Rotolo’s makes every meal an experience.

A unique twist on a classic concept

Rotolo’s blends classic Italian flavors with modern twists and variety. Franchisee Chad Calongne wanted a place for families and friends to gather, enjoy high-quality food and feel at home.

“Our goal is to offer fresh, made-from-scratch food in a casual, fun environment where everyone leaves happy,” Calongne said.

The League City location has patio seating, kid-friendly spaces and a welcoming atmosphere for lunch crowds, dinner guests or happy hour after work.

Pizzas you’ll crave

At Rotolo’s Craft & Crust, pizza is the star. Made fresh in-house with high-quality ingredients, their pies cater to every craving, from classic to inventive.

Pizza options include:
  • New York-style: 13-inch pies and slices
  • Detroit-style: rectangular, cheesy pies with a golden, crispy edge
  • Chicago-style: deep-dish and thin-crust options
Rotolo’s offers unique flavors you won’t find anywhere else, including figgy piggy, jalapeno poppers, boudin pizza, bacon alfredo and bayou BBQ chicken.

They offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options so everyone can enjoy a slice.

A full menu for everyone

Rotolo’s Craft & Crust’s menu goes beyond pizza. Guests can explore a variety of freshly prepared dishes made with high-quality ingredients, including:
  • Shareables: including calamari, brussels sprouts and boudin balls
  • Burgers: including mushroom truffle and mac and cheese burgers
  • Pastas: including lasagna, chicken alfredo and bacon mac and cheese pie
  • Salads: including burrata caprese, chicken Caesar and Greek salads
  • Handhelds: including tacos, wraps and sandwiches
They offer a full bar with craft cocktails, local and craft beers, wine, bourbon pairings, and a daily happy hour.

No matter your choice, each item is crafted with care, fresh ingredients and bold flavors, making every bite as memorable as the pizza.

Community at its core

Rotolo’s League City values community involvement. They host school spirit nights, fundraisers and support local events and associations, committed to giving back to the community that supports them.

“We’re here to serve our neighbors, through food or community involvement,” Calongne said. “It’s about thriving together.”
