For fans of authentic Italian-American cuisine and New York-style pizza, there’s a new chapter at Russo’s New York Pizzeria at its Spring location. Under fresh ownership, the restaurant is working to boost its reputation and deliver a memorable dining experience through fresh, house-made ingredients and top-tier customer service.

The journey to new ownership has been one of renewal. The current team acquired the location a few months ago. Despite a competitive environment—with local pizzerias and national chains nearby—the new owners are determined to make their presence known.

"We want to leave a new taste in people's mouths when it comes to Russo's in the area," franchise owner Kambria Brown said.

Why try Russo’s?

Even if you’ve visited Russo’s before, now is the perfect time to come back. Under new local ownership, the Spring location is experiencing a revival. The team is dedicated to creating an inviting atmosphere where guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.

Brown, a Klein High alum and culinary student, brings a love for food and a strong community connection. With fresh leadership, Russo’s is more than a restaurant; it’s a neighborhood gathering spot for families, friends and neighbors to enjoy meals, events and celebrations.

“It’s a fresh start for Russo’s, and we’re excited for everyone to see the changes—from the restaurant’s energy to the experiences for our guests,” Brown said.

Pizza done right

Russo's pizza options are unique. Every pizza starts with hand-stretched dough, topped with mozzarella, vine-ripened tomato sauce and carefully sourced ingredients. Each pizza is baked in a stone-fired oven, giving it a perfectly crisp crust and irresistible aroma.

They have five pizza sizes, from a giant slice to a 28-inch party pizza in various flavors, including:
  • Doppio pepperoni
  • New York village
  • Vegetarian
  • Italian market
  • Mulberry
  • Sausage and ricotta
  • Brooklyn Square Paesano
  • Heart-healthy veggie
At Russo’s, quality is the secret ingredient. Every pizza reflects their belief that fresh, honest food made with care can turn any meal into a memorable experience.

More than pizza

Pizza is just the beginning at Russo’s. The menu offers a wide range of Italian favorites, all made from scratch with the same care and quality that go into every pizza. Guests can explore a delicious lineup of:
  • Salads: Fresh options like Greek, Caesar and Russo’s house salad, made with crisp greens and homemade dressings.
  • Sandwiches: Hot, oven-baked classics like the meatball sub, chicken Parmesan sandwich and Italian deli sub, all on fresh bread.
  • Calzones: Golden, cheesy pockets filled with favorites like pepperoni and sausage, veggie or three cheese, baked until crisp.
  • Pasta dishes: Comforting Italian staples like lasagna, fettuccine alfredo, baked ziti, and spaghetti with homemade meatballs.
  • Chef Russo’s specialties: Signature entrees highlighting authentic Italian flavor, such as chicken marsala, shrimp scampi and eggplant parmesan.

Whether you want something light or hearty, Russo’s delivers fresh, authentic flavor in every bite—making it a place you’ll want to return to.

Specials and deals

Russo’s keeps things exciting with regular specials and promotions.

  • Large Brooklander pizza for $15.95
