Construction is 60% complete on an interchange at Lindsay and the Loop 202-Santan Freeway.
The interchange is being built to provide access to Loop 202 and a frontage road system on the north side of the freeway between Lindsay Road and Gilbert Road.
Traffic restrictions on Lindsay Road will remain throughout the remainder of the project, which is expected to be about five months. The project is coordinating traffic control with the nearby Germann Road improvements project.
The $18.15 million project is being funded by town of Gilbert bonds and funds, Maricopa Association of Government funds and developer contributions.
