Intermittent closures scheduled for Loop 202-SanTan Freeway at Lindsay Road on Oct. 4

Intermittent closures lasting up to 15 minutes will be held 6-10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, on the Loop 202-Santan Freeway at Lindsay Road, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Drivers are advised to slow down and use caution when driving in the area. It affects both eastbound and westbound traffic.

Construction for the interchange is anticipated to start in January and be completed in November 2021.

Funding is coming from town of Gilbert bonds and funds, Maricopa Association of Government funds aand developer contributions.
