The town of Gilbert opened up a pop-up outdoor roller rink March 10 in the Heritage District.

The rink will remain open from 1-7 p.m. through March 21.

Free skating is available on weekdays. Tickets are $5 on the weekends for one hour of skate time and rental skates. The town is recommending advanced purchase of tickets.

“Let the Good Times Roll” will feature music, views of Gilbert’s iconic water tower and themed skate nights. The rink is open to ages 4 years and up.

The pop-up rink is located next to the Water Tower Plaza. Ash Street, south of Page Avenue, will be closed to accommodate the pop-up facility. The Park and Ride lot can be accessed off of Vaughn Avenue.

Free parking is available in any of the open surface lots and parking structures.
