Plans call for Twisted Chef Cantina to open Oct. 4 after a major remodel and change of concept at 748 N. Gilbert Road, Gilbert. The restaurant previously had been branded Panda Libre, then Kung Pow Restaurant. It will serve burgers, sandwiches, pizza, Mexican and Asian food. 480-507-0713. http://twistedchefcantina.com
