Here are three places to eat that are opening the week of July 12 in Gilbert.

Now open

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice opened a franchise July 13 at 85 E. Warner Road, Ste. 104, Gilbert, in the Gilbert Warner development. The shop serves 40 flavors of Italian Ice and three flavors of soft ice cream. This is the second Arizona location with the first in Chandler. 480-590-0089.

Wingstop opened a location July 12 at 4049 E. Williams Field Road, Gilbert. The chain specializes in chicken wings with a number of sauces or dry rubs ranging from mild to hot and sweet to savory. 480-219-9014.

Coming soon

The Tucson-based chain of submarine sandwich shops eegee’s is opening its first Valley location July 15 at 3535 E. Baseline Road, Gilbert. The chain is known for its frozen fruit drink, called an eegee. It will be open for dine-in, takeout and drive-through service. For its grand opening, it is planning giveaway stickers, music and custom cocktails made from the signature drink. 480-885-0183.
